Our heating and cooling service department provides for all our costumer's emergency service as well as preventive maintenance needs.

We believe that it is important for our customers to properly maintain their heating and cooling equipment in order for it to provide the comfort levels within the building as it was designed. Proper and timely maintenance will help assure your equipment will work efficiently and for it to achieve its typical life expectancy.

Comfort 1 is committed to service and we are available for our customers at any time, day or night. We have a highly trained crew of outstanding technicians who are kept up-to-date on all new equipment diagnostic procedures through our own-house training program as well as through equipment manufacturer training classes.

Our preventive maintenance agreements are custom tailored for each and every customer's needs. However, all agreements are designed to provide ongoing savings by allowing all equipment to operate at peak efficiency, thereby reducing energy costs. Also, this will provide additional benefits of longer equipment life and more reliable operation.

Comfort 1 offers four levels of Preferred Customer Service Maintenance Agreements to meet the needs of all our customers; Gold, Silver, Bronze and Basic. Each agreement includes a 15 point tune-up (inspection).
